Is buying online safe?

The payments on our website are proccesed VIA “Paypal”, which is a highly secured system. On top of that, our website is secured using SSL technology.

Is it possible to place an order in another way?

Of course. You can always give us a call (09-8658572) or visit our store at 6 Hayetzira St. Netanya, Israel.

When will I recieve my order?

Local shipping (Israel):

  • Door to door delivery arrives within 4-5 business days.
  • We will not be responsible for a delay made by a lack of a response from the buyer or a sudden change of address.
  • Delivery dates and times provided are estimated, we are not responsible for holiday delays.
  • If for any reason the package has not been picked or claimed by the buyer or there was a lack of response from the buyer and the package has been automatically returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipment fee again.
  • Make sure your address and PayPal address match to avoid confusion.
  • If you submit an incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible to make an address change.  For international shipping we cannot replace/change the address if the item is already dispatched. For local shipping a replace/change of address will delay the delivery.

International Shipping:

  • Priority Mail Express (EMS): Takes up to a week to arrive.
  • ECO Post: Takes about 2 weeks to arrive.
  • Please notice that ECO Post is only available in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Canada, Denmark, Holland, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia and Brasil. (Shipping to Australia and Brasil takes about 2-3 weeks).
  • You will receive a tracking number that you will be able to follow on
  • The prices stated are for packages weighing up to 500 grams. If any additional shipping cost is needed we will contact you.
  • Express shipping is possible. Please let us know if you need express shipping so we can send you a price quote.
  • International clients are responsable for any additional taxes and fees in their country.

Can I chane my mind after placing an order?

If you’ve changed your mind about an order that you’ve placed, please contact us VIA telephone (+972 09-865-8572) within 24 hours. In case that your order has not been shipped, you will recieve a full refund. In case that your order had already been shipped, you will be charged for the shipping costs only.

I've recieved my order. Can I return it?

If you are not satisfied for any reason, and the products that you’ve purchased does not meet your hopes – please contact us VIA telephone (+972 09-865-8572) and allow us to offer a solution. By Israeli laws, you may return the goods within 14 days, as long as the products you’ve purchased has not been used. You will recieve a refund minus 5% or a hundred NIS (New Israeli Shekels), whichever is lower, and minus the shipping costs. In any case, it is always better to give us a call first.
